I fixed hazel's pink car!!! She is still a typical woman-driver --careless and lacking in spacial perception of things around her...::but she has fun scaring fee.
It was a short but busy school week... Asher had his last soccer practice and we all went to the wines country fair Friday evening. The kids loved the games/bouncy things and raffle. We didn't win anything again; thankfully hazel didn't win the American girl doll- I am not ready for that level of doll care.

The activity of the week has been listening to Alvin and the chipmunks records on the turntable. They love it.

The chickens are settling in well/we've gotten at least 1 egg a day since they arrived. Asher swears by the fresh eggs and eats them almost every day. They do make a big racket when they are going to lay an egg. Enough noise that I feel like a neighbor might appear at any moment to strangle them-but all comments have been positive so far.
