Friday 6.18.10
Asher's last day of school. Papa here for swallowing exam.... we rode bikes to school.
F and h came with me to my allergy shot.
Back to Asher's graduation at school-quite an emotional scene for several parents and students. Asher didn't get sappy- h did say h wants to stay in kdg forever because he thinks first grade will be hard.
After school we played Ben 10 guys and had lots of fun in the backyard with squirt guns/nerf guns/and slipnslides.

6.17.10 Thursday
I rode fee and hazel on my bike and asher rode his bike to school. His class walked over to creal park for a picnic and we came and met them later. Fee was super excited and told me later "you know what happened at that park?" "Asher hugged me when he saw me!". Asher played at Simon's and rode with Simon and Bonnie all the way home later! Ella glass over for fun in the yard around dinner time.
Tuesday 6.15 wed 6.16.10
Highlights of these days - maisy and roxy got in a fight- roxy put a deep gash in maisy's butt cheek. I took her to the vet for stitches and discussed getting roxy a new place to live.
Fee continues to call me Duncan- as in "Duncan is a cry-baby, Duncan is poopy, hi, poopy cry-baby Duncan"
Wednesday we went to island drive park (Aka goose poop park) for a preschool playdate- lim/Brechts came too. Hazel was really into harassing geese. She was not swayed by the hissing. We tried to go canoing by the river was too fast- no kids allowed. We ended up at domino's farm.

Lim/brecht fam here. Asher had school in the am. The rest of us went to belize park for a bit.

Simon's birthday party at jump city for Asher. Bike riding fun before lim/Brecht fam arrived.

Family walk in bird hills- very muggy and buggy day- later we ended up at Andreas and kristen's house for a cul de sac "party" (a very small group showed up). Asher had a blast being the big kid with the big flashy bike. Fee played with cahill and some other kid - pushed around a huge earth that squirted water. Anita & George came over for short babysitting until isabel arrived. M and I went to Thai food then ryan's last show for emu. It was 'little me'- he was the piano player/emcee - Serena, matt, and Chad Lewis were there too. Ryan pulled his bros up onstage and made them sing- funny stuff.

Maggie home- I took Asher (and fee) to get Asher a new bike. We ended up at great lakes cycling where he picked out a red GIANT mt bike. Oops, no pic of it yet- Will get one tho, it is mighty sharp.

Took hazel and fee to jungle java b/c preschool park playdate was rained out.
Asher played at gabe's house for a bit after school.
He came home after an hour or so...... we've (I've) been talking about leaving when you're still having fun- I think it's working.
