11.13.09 friday

Pretty day! Felix used his Jedi powers to convince me to take him for ice cream after school--- if he let me leave peacefully///: he did and after picking up asher we went to washtenaw dairy and got cones-even ate them outside! After a short reset and re-eat at home we went to Belize park for almost 2 hours of silliness. Saw Kate and zahara -Asher climbed trees with sylvie for a bit then home for late hazel nap and dinner.

Thursday 11.12.09

Took Asher to school then F and H to target. Asher did a lot better at school! Mrs rothman said he didn't touch anyone all day. Hazel was a wild-no napping wreck in the afternoon-si was Felix. M had eve clinic- we had burgers and a bonfire- the boys were great- hazel loved it too!

Wednesday 11.11.09

Boys up at 5:45-ugh. Took both to school- Felix cried huge when I left but Martha calmed him down and said it didn't last long. Maggie picked up Asher from school- he was 'having a talk' with mrs rothman about keeping his hands to himself and was very upset. In the afternoon Felix took a much needed nap (but hazel did not) and I made a mini scavenger hunt for Asher around the yard with word clues. Took all 3 to Gymnastics -Maggie picked up after work and i took hazel for a car nap home. Asher was still feeling very small after being talked to by mrs R-we encouraged him lots!

Tuesday 11.10.09

M took Asher to school- fee/hazel/and I played around the house - made more star wars masks and crawled thru tunnels-hazel did the tunnels too! After Asher pickup H went to sleep and the dudes made modifications to the fort-ropes/blanket walls to block the wind. I went to allergist appt right when M got home from work and more basement partying happened.

Monday 11.9.09

School for both in the morning. In Afternoon all 3 played in backyard for a couple of hours-it was really warm! Asher and felix worked hard on a sand-mountain project. When hazel slept the boys made star-wars masks and r2d2 dreidels. Then outside for sidewalk chalk b4 dinner.

Sunday 11.8.09

Slow morning at home-then family swim at the Y despite temps in the high 60s- home for lunch and relaxing in the yard- hazel had her first popsicle (she took it from me and would scream whenever I tried to take a lick, I think she liked it. Anita and I to see paranormal activity. Maggie and the boys cooked and played outside while hazel napped. Sunday dinner at carol's with the usuals-then home for bed.
