Thursday 12.23.10

Gr Linda's birthday! We went to The Bagel for breakfast and then on to a kids' museum near the lake - we had a great time- lots of hands-on stuff and a butterfly garden too.


Fee was loving playing pirate!

The kids and I left Maggie with b and l after lunch and headed back to long beach.

12.22.10 Wednesday

We drove into Chicago to meet Barry and linda at the hyatt. Hazel stayed at the hotel with Barry while the rest checked out millennium park and got hot choc. Dinner on Michigan ave later. The city was hopping and looked pretty with lights everywhere. We made ourselves comfortable in the hyatt ballroom later.

12.21.10 tuesday

Lots of indoor fun- with some outdoor fun on these landscape pipes. We walked to 'the beach too! Lots of ice- and the infamous drainpipe was flowing so a dam was built.

Monday 12.20.10

Off to long beach for a fun day with the Ed and chuck riley families. Kristen's flight got cancelled due to snow in London. Fee and asher had an awesome time with seamus, maeve, fiona, and eamon playing zombie and old nintendo games in the basement. Hazel loved her girl time showing off for cousins Colleen, tim, and Kaitlin.
