10.23.09 Friday

Dropped Asher off at school in the pouring rain then on to preschool for felix's picture day. He did not want to stay or to get his pic taken - kept saying 'i'm scared of other parents', but after some time he let hazel and I go home for a quick nap and another storm door installation party. Felix had a great day according to mrs archer- he was all smiles at pick-up. In afternoon boys played star wars while hazel slept.
Then we set up an obstacle course in the basement b4 dinner at the Glass' house.

10.22.09 Thursday

Took Asher to school then to Belize park-sebby/Martha were there. Hazel went crazy for the swings. Hung out and played in basement in afternoon..... Rainy again. Watched new potty-training DVD from auntie Colleen and fam! It motivated fee to pee in toilet 3 times!
After dinner hazel had her first bath with the boys. She seemed to love it for a bit.

10.22.09 Wednesday

I assisted at the pre-school today.... Felix was kind of a poop but he's getting better everyday at being a big school going kid.
Maggie and hazel went to the farmers market to cruise guys. M and Felix to get yogurt downtown in afternoon before dad took boys to the Y for asher's last swim lesson. Gymnastics starts next Wednesday for A & F. They are really excited to be in the same class (3-5 yr olds).

10.21.09 Tuesday

3kids playing with 1 small toolbox.















Mom & Felix to jungle java for preschool playdate. Dad installed new storm door while hazel slept. M took kids to Belize for a bit in afternoon while dad finished door project. Raked leaves to jump in but ended up having a leaf- fight instead. Saw Josh and sebby on a walk- they came over and played in yard Esther & Martha joined for a few minutes until Esther got ejected for being rough. Felix and sebby played on ---- stood in front of neighbors house screaming at jewels the dog "maaaaaaarrrtha" and "baaaaartha" etc.

Hazel started clapping! After dinner she would crawl a foot, then stop and clap for herself.

Monday 10.19.09

Asher said he was a statue for this shot.


Mom delivered two babies overnight then home for a hello goodbye breakfast with the gang b4 she went to sleep and we went to school. Felix was so cool about being left at school! Turns out he still won't go into the noisy room when I'm not there. Home for lunch and sidewalk chalk ---so pretty today 50's and sunny. Maggie up in afternoon- walk with Asher/hazel. Dad waterproofed fort. Asher and dad dug holes for fence posts.
Mom called in to hospital at 6. Played with Sam on sidewalk. Then starwars guys in basement b4 bed.
Moment of the day....... Reenactment of str wars- Han solo (Felix) rode tauntaun(dad) to find frozen Luke(Asher). Dad rolls over and dies -fee cuts open dad's belly- drags Asher over saying-"you're gonna be okay kid!" and stuffs him in dad's belly.

Sunday 10.18.09

Lim-brechts here! Maggie to work early but returned just in time for trip to jenny's farm market. A sunny and cool fall morning--- haunted hay stack/pony rides/donuts/and a wild and fast hayride!.!.! Penny kept running ahead of group & Asher loved protecting her/redirecting her. Fee turned down a pony ride-first time ever. Hazel ate a donut and loved it!

















Saw Kilbrides there. Super crowded when we left. Lunch at home then jjpt left for PA. Family walk/bike ride b4 Sunday dinner at Anita's with Barbara and Ron. M got paged to hospital after eating.
