Family swim at the Y::;;;;;the boys played the wii a ton today. we leave for IN 2mrw and they will be wii-less for a few days.



Isabel is home for Christmas!

Saturday 12.18.10

I took the boys to get their hairs cut with 'the real' grace downtown. She'd called last night to ask if i'd wear my wig that I wear to pretend that I'm her for home haircuts and me & the boys sing happy b-day to her co-worker. Couldn't find the wig but we sang anyway- me in a tiara, asher in ski goggles, and fee in dimples.




I took the boys and simon to hunt park for sledding in afternoon- Asher went of the jump a few times/////!



Hazel loves Carter

Carter and ella met us there- then they came over for dinner and play and The Grinch on tv.

12.17.10 Friday

Busy day- asher to school, then littles and I to allergy shot and target. Back to asher's school for his publishing party! The kids took turns reading their own 'small moment' stories into the microphone. Asher did great - he also led one of the class songs:). Fee and hazel were happy there; unlimited powdered donuts!






Home for lunch and visit with blanca- dave's Spanish exchange student who was waiting for a ride to the airport. Fee acted shy but soon was on her lap saying "hey poopy, raise your hand if you want to be stupid". She was charmed by this - not sure why.
Then to fee's school for the holiday party- he sang 3 songs with his class and loved it. He smiled the whole time and shook his jingle bells like a pro.

12.16.10 Thursday

Took Felix around the yard and the cul de sac on his sled. He held on pretty well but I shook him loose when the G's were too much for him. He would just laugh and ask for more!

Wednesday 12.15.10

I assisted at preschool today as the art parent - we made salt/glue/food coloring pictures.

The basement is looking awesome--/ except for the pile of stuff in the middle of the floor.
