Friday 11.27.09

Hazel woke up with nasty croop cough-she was pretty fussy but overall still sweet. I took the boys to the kids' museum with Colleen,Jesse, & Paloma. Later m and gr Linda took boys to park while I stayed home with hazel. Nate and karen arrived just b4 gr Barry and gr Linda's birthday dinner at biaggis Italian joint. We had a private room! Felix pooped on his pants and shirt so he spent the last bit of the dinner and the ride home in just a pull-up.

11.26.09 Thursday Thanksgiving

Lots and lots of hanging out inside with David and lala, and meredyth and Gabriel arriving at lunchtime. Colleen/Paloma/ Asher/Felix and I went to closeby park but it was coooold and windy.

11.25.09 Wednesday

Boys up early for cartoon watching- I slept in! M and h up early too then some hanging around the house fun in champaign with gr Linda and gr Barry, Merle and art, and bubbie. Gr Linda and all rileys to the kids museum. The kids loved it:). Later- I took boys to $ store - got glow wands----- Asher, Maggie, & gr Linda made chzcake. Lori, Colleen, Jesse, and Paloma arrived b4 dinner at Thai/vietnamese place. Fee and paloma had sooo much fun chasing each other. Custard pie for dessert at home!

11.24.09 tuesday

Up and ready to hit the road- window replacement dudes arrived early- and began deconstructing- bubbie arrived and we were travelling by 10- stopped in long beach for lunch with g Laney and papa ( and a surprise visit from curls Casey). Back on the road for a mostly quiet ride to champaign. Hazel screamed like she had a demon inside her for a few stints but overall a decent day in the tank.

11.23.09 Monday

Sebby over to play with felix while Asher was at school and Maggie worked a bit. They had a great time playing guys in the basement and swinging in the yard.
In afternoon I went to get a new driver license while Maggie stayed home with kids. Then all to Belize park for hide n seek and tire swing fun. Sylvie played with Asher for a bit. Home to pack up our rented suv monster truck for our trip to champaign.

11.22.09 sunday

Grandma Laney and papa came up for the day with Charley dog. Fee went on dog walk w/ them:)'. Then we went to noodles and co for lunch - kids stayed home with Laney while Maggie, mike and I went to see new moon. Mike and I were 2 of 5 men in whole theatre. Grandparents left then we went to Sunday dinner at Tom and carol's- tom's birthday& Sarah drake in town! Fun!

11.21.09 saturday

A big hang around in the a.m. for all b4 Pierre Louis' birthday party at his house. Hadrien and the boys had a super-fun time playing star wars together!
After lunch I raked & cleaned gutters while Maggie & kids played in yard- anne (maggie's m.a. Came over to babysit while we went to Jenny and noah's for t-give dinner party and in to workantile exchange for ryan's birthday roast.
