Lazy a.m. Boys and mom to Belize park-dad made papas b-day gifts. To Gallup park for rowboat fishing in late afternoon with gr. Laney and papa (mom and hazel at home for H nap). All the boys went out In a rowboat but caught no fish until
back at dock. Then caught 3. Felix said "sorry worm, now go get a fish". Asher liked the idea of someone eating the fish we caught; but was appeased with Swedish fish from park office. Picked up Mom and hazel for dinner outside at Palio. Hazel chowed bread and Felix and Asher ate salad!!! Dipped in olive oil. Home for cupcakes and papa's b-day gifts (and a couple of felix's).
Fee said he is excited to ride a horse, eat a donut, and drink apple soda (cider) at his bday party tomorrow.

9.18.09

Dad assist parent at preschool with Felix. Mom has day off. Felix loved pre-school!-moved around to activities with ease and played well with new buds. Afternoon was spent in yard enjoying the sunshine. Martha & sebby drop by. Asher to bus stop to pick up Esther. To Southfield for dinner with Bubbie, David, and La La.
Boys were crazy tired hazel in great mood- ate fries and played throw the book and laughed every time.

Took Asher to school then took Felix and hazel to target for supplies. Hazel stayed in the sling while fee kept hopping off cart saying 'let me check this out!'
Home for short hazel nap then picked up Asher and home for lunch and yard play. Tried not to let Felix nap to avoid a lat bedtime but he cried too often and easily so took 30 min nap. Boys rode bikes to mixtwood park in afternoon & had dinner there. Asher and Felix made robber stew(it had poison in it) together and
made me eat it. Hazel ate sand but wouldn't drink milk.

Felix to school with Martha & sebby today. Maggie took Asher to school and had the a.m. off. Gave the dogs a bath outside. Swim lessons for Asher at y. Dad, fee, hazel swam too. Hazel's 1st time in y pool- she loved it!!! Kept trying to lean down & drink the water.

M took Asher to school. Fee, hazel, dad played at home. Picked up Asher at school then went straight to downtown library. Saw Natalie, Sophie, Claire, & Sarah the sitter. Rode bikes. Talked about potential art projects involving the 2 lawn sheep we found on the curb on way to school. more bike riding an front yard hanging later.... Hazel in great mood today- all smiles! In eve Asher& fee to Anita & George's while M,D,& H went to A's school for pto thing,

9.14.09 fee's 1st day of preschool

All 3 kids in car buckled in- battery was dead. Tried the bike for a second then hazel started screaming. Called george & borrowed Isabel's car- George drove asher to school& I switched carseats & off to Felix's first day of preschool. Despite the spastic start, he seemed to enjoy it. He was a little hesitant for me to leave him but once he started painting he was ok. Mrs archer said he had a good day & is quite an artist.



After lunch - jumped car- fee/hazel short nap- then threw waterballoons on matching colored chalk on new privacy fence. Then walked/rode bikes to Belize prk. Asher didn't want to go in the fort alone today for fear of skunk attack. It has been over a week since we fed it chocolate & I haven't smelled skunk for a few days.

Beautiful day-75 and clear! Dad took boys and dogs for hike in bit hills while M tool care of workstuff & hazel. Asher & mom to Plum to pick out asher's snack to share at school this week. Skyped with auntie k, Dylan, & mike while playing out in yard. Sunday dinner with Anita, Barbara, & Rachel. Felix's penis is better And he is super excited for preschool to start tomorrow. Hazel definitely has her top & bottom teeth now & is refusing to be fed. Only wants to eat things she can hold.
