Asher had a cubscout meeting that he needed to bring a cake he made to participate in a cakewalk. Hazel and fee helped him decorate it after school.



He didn't win any prizes but we did get to save the cake for hazel's birthday tomorrow.





Some of the cakes were really elaborate.

Mlk day 1.17.12

No school! We went to pinball pete's for video games and candy with the kessler and lewis kids. Hazel didn't love it- and the boys thought it was not as fun as chuck e cheese. Fun in the basement with tents and costumes later. Hazel and i were beauty and the beast and the dudes were ninja-types.

Wed 1.11-sun 1.15.12

Asher started swim lessons on Thursday and really did well. Snow came back, finally, on Friday night! Sledding at hunt park on Saturday - the boys are fearless this year! Me too,,,, I fell while trying to snowboard on a sled and sprained the royal ankle.

Serena did the Olympic trials for marathon in Houston- she got 103rd/200ish.
