Friday 2.19.10

Sunshine again today! And even a little warm (35). Played batman/spiderman/superman songs on the way to school to pump up the dudes for one more day of school b4 break. Both r still feeling a bit crappy- Felix played like an insaneo in the afternoon -he brought home the chameleon story bag from school. Asher was grumpy. Asked me what the word 'do' meant. I couldn't explain it- he knew anyway.

Spent the afternoon getting ready for trip to costa rica- leaving tomorrow am.

2.17.10 Wednesday

Maggie home from night at work and stayed with hazel- took felix to preschool then stayed for room group mtg. F really enjoys school now! Got a call from A's school nurse to come pick him up early. He was balling and complaining of ear pain. Dr mom looked and he did have an ear infection. After ibuprofen and antibiotics he was ready to do his 100th day of school project (taping 100 jelly bracelets on posterboard and writing 1-100) He did the whole thing by himself!

Maggie called in to hospital later. Fee woke up screaming and moaning about his throat (and his fever) ;after Throwing up his Tylenol and a late night poop, followed by a goofy dance and him saying "I'm a chicken!", he slept great.

Tuesday 2.16.10

The rash I've had for 3 weeks has gotten horribly itchy- got a last min derm appt - took fee and hazel. Picked up Asher then went to get shamrock shakes from mcdonalds! It was the first day they were selling them. Worked on magazine bowl art project in afternoon.

Dinner at hospital with Maggie- on call overnight. All 3 kids laughing like crazies on drive home- hazel was eating a tootsie roll and rubbing it all over her face.
