Saturday 10.23.10

Lazy morning around the house playing star wars on the wii and watching cartoons. Fee, hazel, and Maggie went to the hands on museum while Asher and I made a log mummy then a bike ride to creal park where we climbed trees. Asher got about 40 ft up a huge pine tree! We spent a good 45 minutes in that tree:)



Asher tried to take a nap in the tree. Note the lightsaber and tube with telescope below him.



On the ride home, Asher kept zooming past me yelling things like "what's it matter?!!!". He uses this phrase some kind of burn I guess.

The boys played at ringos with maddie later on while I cleared out stuff from upstairs in prep for the hardwood floors being installed Monday.

I took the boys on a dog walk at dark to help fee with his fear of being outside at nighttime. he was really nervous at first until he pretended he was a combination of Asoka tano and robin which made him brave (and crazy).

Friday 10.22.10

M off in am. Me to allergy shot - took f and h to fee's field trip at Lodi farm later. Super pretty day but f and h were too faded so we left b4 it was over.







Hazel's latest fave thing to do is take off her pants.


The glass fam came over for dinner and we got to meet baby Wyatt! Bonfire after dinner.

Sunday 10.17.10

Maggie's big half-marathon in Detroit! She was awesome! -though she claims she didn't enjoy the run. She finished in 2hrs 2 min.

We got home after a nice lunch at pf changs to a sweet welcome home from the kids & gr rileyx2.

Saturday 10.16.10

I took the kids on a nature walk up the street in the afternoon. Asher wrote down everything we picked up in his note pad.

Asher didn't want to go "anywhere at all!"
He and fee really just wanted to watch tv and play wii all day..... But eventually fee/Maggie/hazel went to Belize prk and Asher played with Hobbs for a bit. Maggie went to Detroit with Jenny and Noah to register for her half marathon and I stayed til after dinner b4 leaving kids with g laney and papa to meet her at hotel in det.
